This is one of my favorite spoons of the collection for a few reasons: the sculpted form provides a nice balance of circular elements in relationship to the bowl; the concave circles provide an excellent place for your thumb as you use the piece; and the paint is one of the last ones I mixed, so I had a better idea of how to get the precise color I desired. It is a pleasure to hold, look at, and use. The spoon is finished with several coats of food safe oil, and the plum colored oil paint will reveal its age beautifully as your time with the spoon passes. Wash normally, do not dishwash.
