Another large spoon in maple, this piece is highly articulated with regard to the facets on its handle, which run down in long, uninterrupted lines until they reach the spoon's bowl. It is big enough to cook and serve with, and the asymmetrical bowl means you'll be able to scoop the last bits of sauce out of any interior corner, round or sharp. Very comfortable in the hand, and easy to manipulate due to its lighter character and slender handle. It is finished with several coats of food safe oil. Wash normally, do not dishwash.
