This hickory spatula is unique on the site as the only piece without a concave bowl. The crank connecting handle and flat is naturally derived from the curvature of the wood, which makes this spatula super strong and capable of flipping even the heaviest of pancakes. Great for stirring, mixing, flipping, and even breaking things up on the pan, since its tip comes to a bit of a point in section. Hickory itself is a strong and resilient wood, so it will last for many years in even the toughest of cooking environments. This spoon is finished with several coats of food safe oil, and the plum colored oil paint will reveal its age beautifully as your time with the spoon passes. Wash normally, do not dishwash.
