This spoon is big and cool, and I'm not just talking about its color. The linear carving on the handle sets off its rounded wedge shape, which meets the bowl in a simple but confident transition at the stem. It is still perfectly useful as an eating spoon, but its more generous bowl size also makes it great for cooking or serving smaller dishes. Spoon 48 is formally different, but provides a nice compliment for those looking to match a pair of spoons this fall. This spoon is finished with several coats of food safe oil, and the blue oil paint will reveal its age beautifully as your time with the spoon passes. Wash normally, do not dishwash.
