This is a super simple spoon which is fairly unique in this group for its grain pattern. As I get larger chunks of wood I end up splitting blanks from different sections, and this particular spoon came from a radial split, meaning the grain shows in parallel lines down the length of the spoon. The grain is also notable for its curliness, which can be seen in an almost wave like pattern throughout the piece. Wash normally, do not dishwash.
