It can also be used for serving thanks to the depth of its bowl. The grain is relatively simple, showing off a bit of curliness in the bowl. The shape is comfortable in many hand positions, and the sharper corners of the bowl allow you to reach into the depths of your pan to get the last few items out and onto your plate. Wash normally, do not dishwash.
